TRAINING YOUNG TALENT
Emerging designs and implements training programs centered around soft skills within its company/university partnerships. They can also be designed in-house for students of a specific course or young graduates within a company.
The courses are aimed at students with an undergraduate degree (Licence 1) and young graduates during the three years following recruitment.
To achieve this, Emerging draws on the skills and engineering of its specialized training subsidiary: Emerging Skills. The approval and certification of training programs organized by Emerging Skills allows these to be taken into account within companies’ training schedules.
They can be in the form of soft skills workshops (fluency in oral communication, interview coaching...), modules of lessons integrated into curriculums, seminars, preparation for internships or working life, sandwich courses or certified training, orientation seminars... and can lead to real training programs being implemented.
